I’ve been using this bench for a week, and I’m quite pleased with it. It came in one whole piece, so there is no need to assemble. The pins are easy to plug in and out, and the bench is easy to fold. Also it’s firm enough for me, not sure for someone with very large weight though.
I am a 61, 210lb male and this bench fits me very well. It has a solid structure and is comfy to sit and lay down on. It does not creek or anything like that when you sit down on it. Great price for a bench that can do flat, incline, and decline. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a bench.

This is a good bench for beginners who want a basic, adjustable bench for not much money. The adjustable part was a non-negotiable for me. I needed to be able to easily store it away after a workout and I can do just that. Satisfied.
Very sturdy, and easy to unfold, as well as fold away for storage. Item came already assembled in the box! Just needed to remove 2 safety pins and unfold it yourself. Safety pins seem strong, so im 100% confident in using the bench.
