Perfect for ny need. Im 56 and length is perfect. Im 165 lbs and width is perfect for my body. Very stable during use. Metal but light to carry when bringing it out and storing. Not an eyesore when neatly folded next to my bedroom TV where I pick to use it right after waking up as I watch. Highly recommended.

This bench is super sturdy and easy to assemble. Literally just have to pull out the pins and re-insert them to whatever adjustment you want. Took me two minutes.
I like this bench because it offers the ability to dip the bench to 270 degrees which allows me to work on the lower part of my chest (doing decline presses). Most benches will not go lower than the horizontal flat bench so having a bench that I can do decline chest presses (at a reasonable price $) is great.
Definitely worth the money for the amount of things you can do on this bench.
Initial assembly was easy. Just had to unfold it and put in the clips and it was ready right away. The bench is sturdy and the incline and decline work well. It even comes with a side handle to move it around easier.
Received the bench already assembled. Used it a few times, its been great. The bench seems sturdy (Im 195 lbs and beginner weight lifting), adjusting it is quick and easy. One improvement would be the gap between the seat and the back rest is a bit wide when flat, so can be uncomfortable. I just put a towel in between to cushion the area. Overall a great bench for a beginner like me.
Im a semi-big dude, 190cm (63) tall and weight 100 Kg, this bench feels sturdy and stable, and its long enough for me to fit comfortably.
Great for an apartment/condo because it folds nicely and can be put away in a closet, or under your bed (as long as you have a 23cm (9) clearance.
Just received yesterday, it came quickly! Sturdy bench, easy pins to use. I like the 550 lb capacity! Bought for usage in an apartment, so storage and folding is important to me. Summer time, easy storage in the shed at the trailer. I would recommend!

This bench is great. Its very sturdy and easy to assemble. Adjusting the bench, seat and foot positions is extremely easy. Plus you can fold it and put it away when you dont need it which is convenient. The quality of the bench is superb and the leather seat/backrest is comfortable. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an adjustable bench at a reasonable price.
