(Update)
Big shoutout to the customer service team. As per the issues stated below, was sent another bench. The differences were night and day. This one felt sturdy upon assembly. (Though, no instructions again. But it’s super simple, just unfold and lock in place with provided pins) Tested on a workout last night, I didn’t have the worry as I did with the last one. I’m going to chalk that last one up as a bad batch of plywood.
(Old) Assembly was easy, no instructions required. (Didn’t get any in the box anyway) Pushed in the seat to test sturdiness and I heard the crunching/cracking sound from the wood base. Not going to be using this if it can’t even take half my body weight, let alone ANY additional weight.
Overall I think this product works really well for my needs. I have wanted to get a bench for a while as it opens up the amount of exercises that can be done at home, and this bench got the job done for me. Note that I have only tested this bench using medium dumbbells so far.
Gifted this to my husband and he loved it! Very easy to assemble and great for anyone to work out at home. No issues with it so far, highly recommend it to anyone trying to work out from home.
This bench is awesome for the price! I feel like I got a steal of a deal. It’s easy to use, set up, take down is quick, and right out of the box. I used it for my work out tonight, and I will just throw it out there, but I weigh close to 200lbs and did weighted step ups on this, and it felt sturdy!, I wasn’t worried about breaking it! You won’t regret purchasing this! I’m really looking forward to my work outs now!

I’ve had this bench for a couple of weeks now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s sturdy and easy to adjust. Not a bad price either! I love being able to use this for my workouts.
