This is very simple to assemble and use. Also, it is very sturdy and stable. I can do many types of exercise at home with this bench. It is greatly helpful for my health, especially under COVID-19. It really saves my time and money to go to the gyms. I highly recommend it!

Only issue I have with the bench is that when it is laid out flat or lower, the gap between the seat and back is wide (about 5 inches) and uncomfortable. Be nice if it came with a pillow or something to put in there or the gap could be adjustable.
I purchased the weight bench for my wife who has M.S. She finds it comfortable and easy to adjust.
When I received the bench, I presumed there would be a number of nuts and bolts to fasten while putting it together.
I asked my 11-year-old grandson to put it together and offered him $10 to do so. I checked on him about 5 minutes later, and he had it together. Much to my surprise the bench just folded open and a few cotter pins needed to be put in place. $10 well spent.
Bought one for my son birthday, but it is big enough and strong enough for an adult male I bought one for myself. I like that the back part is tall enough to rest your head while doing inclines. Plenty of room for the seat too. Very satisfied with this bench.
I was skeptical buying a bench priced so low. After the first day of use I was quite impressed with the value of the bench. bench came fully assembled (Folded) and took a minute to set up. The range of adjustments is good as well. After the first use I was surprised on how stable the bench was (For being a folding, cheaper priced bench). It seems as though I wont have any crazy issues anytime in the short term future. Time will tell if it withstands a prolonged period of use.

The instruction manual is easy to understand and simple installation. It is perfect how easy it is to fold up and stand by the wall or in the corner, which saves a lot of space for my garage. The bench has 7 adjustable backrest positions that meat all my needs of full-body workout. The bench is very sturdy and versatile. Overall, I would recommend this bench for the home gym; it is a great price, easy to store, and a variety of workouts can be done with it. Love it so far.

Best bang for buck
So easy to set up that a child could do it. So sturdy that a bigger person could use it. No wiggles or jiggles, good padding, well made.
Kids love
My girl loves it soooooooooo much. A very good tool that consume her energy during quarantine. What a year!
