I received this weight bench for Christmas. It is very versatile. I use it for lifting, ab work and step ups. It has a great height and is adjustable enough to be able to do sit ups at a 45 degree angle. It is very well cushioned and comfortable to use. It is also an excellent value for the money and easy to assemble- hardly anything to assemble at all. It only took 3 minutes and no tools were needed. As a former gym member who is now building her own home gym, I highly recommend it!
Been looking for a bench for a few weeks and stumbled upon this. Such easy assembling and didn’t have any mold or mildew like others said. New and great . Would recommend. Very happy
Bought it for an all around workout bench for my home gym. Seems very stable when pins are all in place. Im 62 and it seems to be the perfect height for me as my head rests on the top portion of the bench when on an inline. Good value for the money.
Just wish that I didnt have to pull a pin out every time i want to adjust the bench.
Sit up bench is very easy to set up. Its pretty much already assembled. Just have to set positions as you want them. Light but very durable. Very nice product and very good price!
