This is truly an amazing weight bench. It comes preassembled. Simply take it out of the box and it is ready to be used. It folds up neatly between my wall and bookshelves. It has a handle to carry it to where you want to use it. It has a safety pin that holds it together and once removed it unfolds effortlessly. It is easy to adjust in three areas, the incline, seat, and leg supports. The bench feels sturdy in all positions as I work out doing the bench press, incline press, seated curls and more. It addresses all of my weight bench needs.

This is perfect, it looks solid, its 100 times safer than my old system made of cinder blocks and 2x4s. And I can do sit-ups on it instead of on the floor. This looks like it will last 50 years at least.
Product was already assembled and folded. Just had to release some pins and unfold and adjust as needed. Is sturdy and doesnt seem flimsy when moving around on it. Folds up nicely to store.

My first gym bench
