Solid piece of furniture for the price! WARNING: The top bunk is only rated for 150 pounds! It is held in place by four wooden pins and four screws. I do believe that the 150 pound rating is correct. Looks great. Assembles easily. Please take it slow. Correct assembly determines how sturdy your bed is! I did not install the ladder because I placed the headboard and the foot-board in the wrong place (they are identical). After two nights the thing felt like it was going to collapse!! Even though it was a pain, dis-assembly and reassembly solved the problem. ASSEMBLY IS NOT IDIOT PROOF! Please take your time putting it together! Get two people, grab some pizza and soda, make it a party!! If this bed fits your needs then I say BUY IT!! Oh, mine DID NOT come with the trundle.
I love it! Huge amount of space under the bed. I did not need the trundle and I am glad, because I needed the storage. We put it together in under 2 hours. I am super happy! My granddaughter loves her own space but at the same time being near me.
For the price I paid for this I was thinking it wasn't going to be that nice or sturdy. It exceeded my expectations by a long shot!! I am in love with this!
this bed is amazing!!! best purchase ever!!! can't beat the price, bed is very sturdy and the bed itself is beautiful!!! my husband got it together in about 2.5 hours... no swearing involved!!! it was one of the easiest things he put together!! we are back on this sellers website as we speak looking for other items to complete our room!!

The box came damaged but fortunately all parts were in new shape. The content pictures aren't the best as one screw doesn't match the picture in the instructions. Still giving it a high rating because this looks sturdy and she was excited though I was exhausted
It was easy to set it up. I like it how it looks once it's all set up. It's not too low or high. Just perfect for my 9 years old daughter. Don't need a bed foundation for it, just a mattress.
I got 2 of the twin size gold bed frames for my 2 girls. They're sturdy and were easy to put together. They are beautiful beds and my girls love them. My only issue it the hardware sticks out like a sore thumb. Gold bed but hardware is silver. It just looks silly and is very noticeable. I'm going to have to take the beds apart and spray paint the hardware gold so it isnt so noticeable. Other than that, we love the beds.
Wonderful, wonderful bed frame. Add a nice mattress and you dream on a cloud. But, it took me 14 hours to assemble. Yes, I read the picture assemble guide. Still, it too me 14 hours to put together. Mind you, I'm a very active 70 year old woman. I still teach grammar school. I do well with figuring out what pictures say. Still, it took me 14 hours to assemble the fame. So, if you're over 65, please allow your grown child or grandchild to assemble it. They probably would be able to do it in a few minutes. Otherwise, I love it. It's affordable, simple yet elegant looking. I would buy it again but as a gift for someone younger than 70 or probably 65.
