Perfect and Sturdy.Cons:
1) Even though it says all tools are included, you will need a screwdriver to complete this assembly (long Philips screwdriver).
2) I would have electric hand tools available to do this assembly. There are quite a few bolts and screws to fully assemble this that hand tools would have taken much longer to do.
3) Some lubricant like WD40 would also be useful as I had a few bolts that seemed to resist threading.
4) Screws into seat cushion dont always catch. I had one screw that flat out refuses to go in.
5) Leveling feet do not turn very easily.
6) No instructions (but it didnt take rocket science to figure out).
Pros
1) Clearly labelled hardware for chairs and table. They even had rubber bands separating what hardware goes to what making it much easier to organize the build.
2) Threaded metal inserts! I have assembled lots of furniture and so many just screw directly into the wood. This has metal threaded inserts that you screw into.
3) Very nice pieces. Does not feel cheap in any way, looks really good assembled.
4) Sturdy. There is always room for improvement, but this looks like it will last quite a long time.
Thanks!I am very impressed with this table and chairs. It was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in my dining room. The table top is a beautiful, rich color that is easy to clean. It has 2 shelves underneath that are very handy for storage. The chairs have padding that make them super comfortable.
Very easy to assemble!Perfect for a medium sized apartment! My son and I eat at it every night!!!! It was hard to assemble, but looks nice completed and super sturdy. Will likely need to take the table top off to move, it weighs so much!! Its heavy!!
Takes up less space.I bought this a few months back knowing that I was moving. Well finally happened and this piece is aming the chairs are sturdy and the table is gorgeous. It is comfortable and is very well made. I only had one small rim scratch which I was able to fix with a furniture marker. You wont go wrong with this set.
very stable.Really is a nice table and chairs. Fits perfectly in small dining room. Takes a bit to get together but not too bad. Chair seats had a couple of small snags but I cut them off and look great. Would highly recommend.
Smart design.This is perfect for our dining area. The seats are comfortable enough and it was fairly easy for just one person to put together though the table top is incredibly heavy. Great purchase!
