Ive had this a little over a year. The motor was defective after about a year and would turn very slowly; so slowly that it wouldnt wind my watch. Despite being outside of the 1 year window, I spoke with Zach at and he sent me a replacement. This shows that he values his what he sells, and values the client. I appreciate the gesture and to help ensure that this is a good product!
I ordered it for my husband. He loves it. The winder is so quit. We dont hear it working Even during the night. It looks very stylish. Very satisfied with the purchase
This is the third watch winder I have owned. I love the look of the winder and the functionality. However after just 3 days it is noisy. First few days i was excited but now not so much. My first winder was a Belocia which is still functioning (purchased 2012). It took about 4 years for the Belocia motor to begin making noise. In July (2020) I purchased a Leader which is very quiet to this point (3 months). I am disappointed that this Three is already noisy. Fortunate for me I have a place in my closet for my winders so it doesnt disturb me at night.
This winding box looks nice on my desk and can display the automatic watches while theyre winding. I do wish the motor was quieter; its not loud by any means but I had to get used to it. Works as described and havent had any issues with it so far.
This is a great product to maintain my watches and reduces the need to manually reset my watches when not in use. Excellent craftsmanship and look. Highly recommend.
The box is very pretty and the mechanism is very quiet. One does not see it turn the watches as the turning is on and off. But it does keep my watch running and the time stays accurate.
Beautiful gloss finish on the 2 watch winder. Extremely quiet and fits my ladies watches. A bit larger than expected but fits nicely on my bathroom counter. Love it
I like that this watch winder is relatively quiet compared to other ones Ive owned. I loved the spacing between the watches, they sit snug fit into the watch holders without any wiggle movement like other winders.
Also theres no way the watches will ever collide!
I like that you can either use the watch horizontally or vertically depends on the strap/bracelet length (as you can see in the photos).
The features I wished they had:
/ Control how frequent you want the winder to operate. Currently it rotates for 2min, then 6min break, then 2min then 6min break (all day). I wish I can let it sit idle for longer periods of time. As when the room is quiet, I can hear it rotate.
/ I wish it would automatically stop upon opening the case. Thats important if youre using the 3 hrs rotate / 9 hrs break mode, where if while its rotating for 3 hours, you dont want to interrupt it by stopping it, then have it work for another 3 hours straight.
UPDATE 08/18/2020: The winders motor started making loud noises when operating (watch the video I posted). This is very unfortunate because I really liked it

You can hear the motor if you listen carefully or if the room is very quiet. But its not terribly noticeable.
