When my product stopped working was quick to assist me with replacing the unit. Not only did the resolve the problem, but they were extremely responsive and action/oriented in rectifying any concerns I had. I appreciated their prompt attention and service.
This is truly a great watch winder in terms of noise, craftsmanship, and aesthetics. Their customer service is also SUPERB! I use this to wind a Breitling Superocean and a Uboat Stratos! Both are accurate in time even left in for months! For the price, you cant go wrong with this piece!
The gears are not loud when the watches are turning so it wont really disturb you. It can only be heard when theres total silence and when youre closer to it. Theres four pillows in total for you to swap or replace them when they tear, theyre not made of leather. Cables/adapter feels like theyre made from lower quality materials but with this price, its a pretty good deal I guess. They can also run on batteries but I would recommend using the adapter if youre letting them run on a long run.
Edit: its been a few months and its starting to show some issues in the gear. When switched on, it lags and jerks while rotating. Gear dont seem to be moving as smoothly as it was from the beginning. Do reconsider purchasing it if youre going to be using it for long term.

I also only needed a single winder but bought this double model due to its competitive pricing / not that much more than my single winder and other high/rated single winders like it.
Other than its bigger size that precludes display on an open shelf and relegates it to a higher space in the cabinet above (a listing dimension when open would help), I have nothing but highest marks for this winder. Its an exceptional winder for the price or any price.
I bought mine back on 10/11/2020. It looks great, and certainly does its job, but as other reviews have mentioned, mine got significantly noisier after 30 days. When I first started using it, you couldnt hear it all. Now if Im in my bedroom and there is no other ambient noise, you can hear it kick on from across the room. Is it still working and doing its job. Yes. But it shouldnt already be noisier after 30 days.
Update 12/3 / Ive now had this almost two months and the motor noise has gotten much louder. You can hear it grinding away when it kicks on. At this point I can no longer recommend this watch winder.
Update 2, 1/13/2021 / This update is less about the winder and more about the seller I bought mine from. They reached out to me after my review and wanted to make things right, so they sent me out an upgraded watch winder. While my feelings on the initial winder havent changed, I was impressed at DESONCs customer service.
I really liked this for the first 30 days or so and then the motor became loud. It was in my bedroom and now I have to turn it off when I sleep. Unfortunately I cannot return it now that the window is over. I do not know if this is just a faulty item but I am pretty disappointed.

It looks so modern and its well made, you can hear it but its not too bad. We have it in our bedroom and we have no trouble sleeping
