This bed is absolutely adorable. I painted it black so that it matched my daughters furniture! She just turned 1 and it gives her a little independence but keeps her from falling on the floor! It took forever to paint it but it was worth it once it was done and assembled! suit for my house!
Love the bed. It was missing a screw so the door frame is not secure. But I love the bed and so does my 2 year old The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!!
Overall its a great bed! The instructions, like most reviews said, are awful. I used the picture at the beginning of the instructions to figure it out because the letters were misprinted on the sheet. Its pretty apparent which piece goes where. Once I figure that out, it was relatively easy to assemble. It took about 2 hours to put together by myself. There were cracks in three of the pieces, but they did not affect the integrity of the bed. For the price, I think it was worth the purchase and I would buy it again. my cat love it too,haha

We didnt want to return it because we started to build the bed and my daughter loves it so much. I reached the customer service and They immediately contacted me to solve the problem I had with the product and they solved the problem. Customer service was the fastest responsive customer service Ive seen in a long time. Thank you! Very good Not Perfect
Box came opened on one end, but I was not home when it was delivered. It seemed okay until I took all of the pieces out. The fence piece by the headboard was damaged, as if it was hit by something. A chunk was missing, but since I was putting the bed in a corner, it would not be seen. Additionally, I had already waited two months for the bed to be delivered, and I did not want to wait any longer to set up my daughters room. The instructions need improvement, but I put the bed together by myself in two hours. good gift!
We bought this bed for our toddler. Absolutely love it. It is exactly as pictured. However, like most of the reviews, it had missing parts. Dealing with costumer service has been frustrating. We had to send pictures of the instructions to just get the hardware sent to us. Shouldnt they know what hardware we need? Incredibly frustrating not entirely worth the headache. Weve had an unassembled bed in our kiddos room for a few days now. We ordered the grey bed it is a very dark grey. Ill update the review once the bed is able to be assembled.
The instructions were a bit difficult to understand but everything else was awesome. My daughter LOVES it It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait!

It came with dents and places that were not fully painted... also a spot the wood chipped they just painted over it and its rough and would cause slivers...

Overall, we are so happy with the purchase and wouldnt trade it for anything BUT.. The directions for putting this bed together are terrible. My husband and I do stuff like this all the time with ease, but I am not even kidding the directions are just wrong. You would be better off just looking at the photos. Just pay very very close attention to the photos and the holes bc thats how we got through it. Also, it takes 2-3 people to assemble this. nice gift for daddy!
Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I was missing screws but they refunded me some money back to purchase my own instead of waiting for them to resend it to me. Im very satisfied with my purchases. I bought two frames for my girls. suit for my apartment!
