We absolutely LOVE this bed. We got if as an early birthday present for our two year old. It took my husband and I about an hour to assemble and it was so simple. I had a a question before assembly and the company got back to me in no time. My little girl loves her big girl bed and has been sleeping in every night.
I was able to put it together myself with the help of a nearby wall. My daughter had several specifications, which I was able to do with this frame. I even added a shelf for her studies (one of her requests). Everyone loves it.
Great quality, excellent communication with seller. Product is heavy and although packed in heavy cardboard, it would be better doubled, at bnb least on ends and corners to protect during shipping.
The overall product is good but the labels are not correct. You might need to spend some time to figure out the correct assembly order.
I received the product damaged and its hard to drop off as i need a truck Perfect for my needs
Directions are not the best.....and they sent a screw that had no hole to actually put the wrench in to make it twist.... so that was annoying other than that it looks super cute and we love it nice purchase!
The assembly is difficult af if you dont have someone else helping you. But other then that its sturdy not really a bang for your buck either Cheap sturdy stylish!!!
This is a well made bed except for its assembly. For a single mom with no men in the house it was a great struggle to put this bed together. I had to pause a day between assembly because my fingers literally turned blue. I was going to return but unless you own a pick up truck the package will not fit in a regular suv so i had to keep it. It is otherwise a beautiful sturdy bed.
Oh and it did arrived damaged as seen in photo

Very sturdy and clean looking. worth it to get the option of adding legs so you have some storage underneath suit for my apartment!
