The product was easy to build and looks great in the space. I was impressed with the responsiveness to my need for a replacement part. One of the knobs split when I was installing it. I applied too much pressure when twisting. The supplier apologized and sent replacement knobs and screws right away. Their notes made me feel respected and well supported. I will look to them for future needs.
It was easy for my husband to assemble. Looks great in our master bathroom as a place to sit after a shower. Were using it to store towels and toiletries.
I bought this bench for our entryway because I have a lot of kids and parents who take off their shoes before coming downstairs and I wanted a place for them to sit instead of always standing on one leg!
The bench fits perfectly in that spot and it is incredibly sturdy. I bought it, actually, because it was the highest rated in terms of how much weight it could hold. I wasnt expecting it to feel as sturdy as it does, but it really does feel very solid.
I like how the doors close by themselves (quietly) and this holds quite a few pairs of shoes (my husband and I are the only ones who actually keep our shoes in it since the tutoring kids and parents just leave their shoes on the floor next to it.
And its pretty. Ive gotten so many compliments from people on how nice it looks. Overall, great product!
It’s very cute and I love it but my husband says it’s not sturdy at all. We don’t wear shoes in the house so for me it’s nice to not have to see everyone’s shoes laying at the door. The price could probably be lowered due to quality but other than that I still like it.
Product was delivered as promised undamaged with no delays.
Close attention must be given to prevent incorrect assembly! Took over an hour to assemble only to find near the end that the center piece was backwards. Directions did not give clearity to that part that could go either way.
Cabinet is true to advertised size and shape . While it is an attractive piece, it seems rather small would hold only a few pairs of shoes.

The piece is made of 1/2 particle board and would not support a large person sitting on it without damage to the door hinges.
I weigh 160 and am 53. While sitting in this bench and reaching down to get shoes out, my weight distorts the bench enough that I cant get the doors open.
To finish: This shoe bench looks great but is cheaply made. I would have paid MUCH more for one exactly like it made of real wood that might have lasted A lifetime.
I recommend this to apartment dwellers and perhaps new home owners.
If you expect your furniture to last a lifetime look elsewhere.
