The bed seems sturdy and the quality is really nice but the bed came damaged AND without hardware. so after doing some wood work and fixing the damaged piece I still ended up not being able to set up the bed because I dont have the hardware to do it
Have super mixed feeling! The bed is super nice and wish I was able to assemble it! The first box came fairly quick! Now the other came in separate times. I received a total of 5 boxes. Different frame pieces or slates in them. I didnt really get frustrated or mind until the last box came damage. Really cant get mad at how ups handles packages but what upset me was. I paid 400 for the darn thing NOT to come with screws or instructions If I at least had either or I would have managed something! To contact the seller its a mission. This is a hit or miss

First of all, instructions were SUPER EASY! Yes, it may take awhile to do but these were the best instructions Ive ever seen for a bed. Period. Secondly, this bed is VERY sturdy and were glad we picked this bed out. If youre thin about getting it, DO IT!!
Also, some reviewers for this bed said to use a Twin XL mattress for the top. We got a Twin XL for the top and it DOES NOT FIT! Just get a regular size Twin mattress and save yourself a headache.
It took my boyfriend a few hours to put this together. Instructions are pretty clear My daughter loves her new bed . However , the twin trundle thats suppose to come with the bed is missing . Thats why Im giving it 4 stars

Cons: it is a little wobbly. Needs nailed to the wall to take the wobble out of it. One MAJOR con with this item is the companies customer service. Its horrible! I ordered this bed and all that showed up were the drawers. told me to get ahold of the company, I did, but since it wasnt bought DIRECTLY from them they choose not to help!! It was hard to even get answers to my questions out of them. HORRIBLE customer service. I must say that was aming!! They reshipped the order. Props to s customer service.
If I was to do it over again I would not order this bed. It is a little wobbly and dumb you have to reinforce it. There are better options out there. Might be a little more money but worth it.
Bought this for our 3 granddaughters, tongues when they visit. Very easy to assemble , in one day. Had to wait for all six boxes, because they didnt arrive at the same time. We love it!

Missing twin trundle
