Once I received and set/up this beautiful chair, I realized it did not meet the needs of what I was expecting for my home. Unfortunately, I did need to return it. The customer service was AMING! Not only were they punctual with their responses via email, but they also called and spoke with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was completely SHOCKED when the woman I spoke with decided I could keep the chair free of charge as a gift for not meeting my standards, as well as a full refund. They were fantastic listeners and did all they could to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thank you!
Bought a set of the chairs and was so pleased when I unboxed them. The fabric has a nice weave to it, and the MCM design was beautifully captured once the two chairs were (easily) assembled. The seat is set deep enough to sit comfortably without feeling half/assed out of your chair. It was a great purchase and it comes in other great MCM colors.
Cons:
1) Chair back assembly screws are very difficult to align and screw in. You will need a helper to not only illuminate the difficult to see screw holes for alignment but also to maintain the ever shifting alignment!
2) The legs are of a non/standard diameter, 2, based on all available AND Internet replacements at 2.3 and 2.4!
3) 6 leg height coupled with the thin seat cushion makes this chair too short, both visually and for complete comfort.
4) Need to but CAN NOT find 8 x 2 chair leg replacement. Neither Vendor/Manufacturer nor seem to have 8 x 2.
Warning: 8 x 2.3 or 2.4 will stick out enough to expose the unstained replacement leg top.
Pros: Width, depth (not height), color , and style (armrest nailheads) are the only reasons keeping me from returning this very nice accent chair.
Now back to the frustrating search for brown, en, pyramid shaped, and 8 x 2 chair legs
Love this chair! The chair looks aming / is fairly comfortable. I want to now buy the 2 in grey for my living room as well. Doesnt look cheap at all. My kids still fight over whose turn it is to sit on it and weve had it for a month lol
Update: contacted customer service. They offered a discount but I requested a new cushion. They sent me a whole new chair that was not vacuumed sealed. Made a HUGE difference and cushion is so much better. I very much appreciate their responsive customer service!
I did my research and read reviews but none of the pictures looked like what I received. The cushion does not fit properly. I am hoping it regains some shape over time but it is uncomfortable and looks horrible. Awaiting seller response and hoping for a new cushion.
The chair itself could be nice. It is lower to the ground and smaller than I expected but I dont mind it for an accent chair. Will be returning it if seller does not correct it
I needed an accent chair for a corner of my living room that could also serve as an extra seat when entertaining. This chair is perfect for these purposes. The seat is firm and it has literally no assembly/just screw in the legs. This is not an everyday chair for watching tv for hours but it is an ideal accent piece. The rivets are an extra classic detail that elevates the chairs style.
