    Great for the price

Since we plan on moving in the next year, and my 3yo wouldnt stop asking for a bunk bed this was a perfect option for us. Cheap, easy to assemble, and looks nice! And a happy 3 year old, so WIN! And we got some Linenspa mattresses to keep it within budget. They fit perfectly and are super comfy.

    No divorce required!

Okay, it admittedly took us more than one moment to orient our brains to the instructions since they basically break this WHOLE project down into three steps. But once we got it down, this bed was actually very easy to assemble. With only one kid interrupting us occasionally (I do recommend doing this while your kids are gone or sleeping if possible though!), we had it up in a little over 2 hours. This is definitely a 2/person job. My husband and I never even threatened each other once! Our kids LOVE it, and so do I. Perfect height for our 1 and 3 year old, and the steps make us feel more comfortable with our son climbing up and down. This bed can easily grow with either of them and since the bottom bunk is on the floor, it can become a play area down the road. So yes, great value for the money. The bed feels sturdy. Probably not indestructible but even a big kid would have to beat or jump on it pretty hard, so were not worried about our little ones breaking it. Right now the top bunk is my sons personal play area because he inevitably ends up sleeping with his sissy on the bottom. This bed was 100 worth it. 110 if you factor in the cuteness/entertainment value.

    kids loved it

I got this bunk bed for my 2 kids and they fought over the top bunk because it has a . I made a second for the bottom bunk to match the top. I had to go buy some bolts from lowes for the new but that wasnt too hard. I got some boards and made the specs exactly to match. Kids stopped fighting over the top bunk now. I even got a few shower curtain rods and bought a kids curtain and hung the curtain to the side of the bunk bed using the rods and now the kids have a big with 2 . Last but not least I painted just the 2 to whatever color the kids wanted before I attached them of course. They love this thing.

Looks like it will be good

This is a great value, but perhaps that is why we had to wait almost a month for it. A week after it was supposed to arrive with broken piece . Hope to get a replacement piece, otherwise I wont be able to assemble it. The pieces look very good though, beautiful color. Heavier than I thought. So if we ever get to put it up I will give another, thorough review.

This is aming and its definitely worth the money

Listen. I dont normally leave reviews but I saw mixed things on this. Im a single mother. I put this thing together by myself using only an Allan wrench. It wasnt terrible to put together but did take me longer as I am one person. But I see no problems with it at all. Super sturdy. Looks aming, and Im so happy with this purchase. I didnt put the top roof part on only because my kids tv is mounted on the wall and I didnt feel like moving it and you couldnt see the tv with the top on it so I removed that part but kept it in the garage so when I move into a bigger house I can add that back on.

    Frustrated Grandma!

The bed is great, but we are going to repair the holes where the crescent shaped screws went in. The hole on one end was due to a knot in the wood and I am not sure about the other end. It must just be the plank of wood itself. As of now, my grandson cannot sleep on top because the ladder cannot be put together. The holes for the dowels and screws do not line up properly on every other step. The finish was flaking off when we took it out of the box. So there again we will have to seal it so it doesnt look bad. The bed is sturdy, but for the price I expected better!

There are some flaws, but the kids love it.

So This is a LOT to our together. It also has multiple types of screws, with both phillips head and hex key required. You will need to screw them into solid wood at times. Have a drill, its gonna save you some time. Also, the rusticpaint job has some spots that are peeling. Badly. Its not consis at all. Over all, its a good bunk bed. Are kids are very happy with it. Just expect to be at it for a while. Took us about four hours, thereabouts.

    The boys love it

Its definitely a two person job at times but we got it done pretty well. Was missing a piece and contacted seller and got it sent out no problem. Wasnt an essential to hold it up piece but still odd none the less. Customer service did a good job fixing my issue though.
