Absolutely beautiful table. Too bad they dont make matching side tables. I We had a minure problem. I contacted Mike the owner of the company and he handled it immensely. I cant say enough about him. I went would recommend his company to anybody!!
Okay, overall this product has 5 star reviews, and I give it the same. It is beautiful and worth the price. Ive probably looked at over 1,000 coffee table options in the last month before ordering this one. Given that most furniture on and other sites I shopped on were lower-priced, I had to swallow hard and cross my fingers. It did not disappoint. It looks just like the photos. I give a shout-out to their packaging engineer. This well one of the best-packed heavy items Ive ever received. There were holes in the box and it looked like it had been on a journey. That had me worried, but not a single scratch or crack. I read the 1-3 star reviews, so I make these helpful notes that dont seem to have been obvious for some. 1) this is a grown up coffee table - if you have kids, dont buy this because one night of rough-housing and someone is going to get hurt. The glass just sits on the base without anything to secure it; 2) same goes for using it as an ottoman - if you want a table you can put your feet up on, then get one with 4 legs attached to the top. It wont look as cool as this one though; 3) it is super heavy, so youll need at least 2 to move the box and to assemble; 4) there is an assembly video on (open up your order to get to it) before you open the box. The base goes together with one long bolt, and the video shows you where to start. To the person who said it didnt come with a cap to cover the sunk-in bolt, that side is the bottom of the table. It goes on floor. I guess if you have a glass floor, you can see it from the level below.
Im shocked at how beautiful and high quality this is.. The assembly was super quick and easy and I did manage to pick it up myself, but I would recommend getting someone to help with carrying the box/putting the glass on top because its very heavy. I like that you can pivot the legs too. I adjusted them to angle with the corners of the table and it feels really secure.
This is a beautiful table. The glass is thick and heavy and it has a real quality look to it. Im very pleased overall. If I needed another one (I dont), Id order one in a heartbeat. My only real complaint would be that I wish it came with a simple, single page of instructions. Its really easy to put together, but it took my going back to the photos and description on a couple times to figure out exactly how the glass is supposed to sit on the base as the base can kind of rotate and I wasnt sure how the finished table should look. My biggest concern was that I might set it up improperly and the glass would fall off the table. Ive got it now and it feels sturdy. Other than that, I wouldnt change a thing.
