We bought this for our almost 4 year old and it is perfect! We were a little hesitant because of some of the reviews about pieces being missing and broken, and how long it takes to assemble. This was not our experience. It took my husband and me a few hours and it was fun! (Maybe the coors light helped a bit)
All of the pieces were sturdy and easy to put together. I was very impressed with the quality and how sturdy the bed is. I will post a picture when we get some more room decor up and put up his LED string lights under the bunk.

Well worth the money. Bought this and assembled it for granddaughter apt at college. Great space saver, color and definitely worth the price. Just have 2 people assemble. One to put together and the other to assist!
This is a solid piece of furniture and we are pleased at the real wood used in the product. My daughter loves the bed. She is 5'6 so there isn't quite enough room underneath for her to sit up fully, but she's created a lounge area with pillows and twinkle lights. We combined this bed with short dressers, which we put under the base, to create more storage in a small room. Feels like this bed will last a LONG time.
A word of caution, this product will take you a long time to build. Our can of three took over 3 hours. It's not difficult by any means, just time consuming. It comes in a large flat-pack box so each part (headboard, footboard, ladder, etc) is assembled from singular pieces. So, don't start building it at 7 pm.like we did, and expect to finish by bedtime.
The price seemed a little high but now that i see is a real wood item, I think it's reasonable for the cost. We wanted to use my daughter's existing mattress. If your mattress is too tall/full, you won't get the guard-rail effect on the side.
Overall, she's happy, and we like the product.
Absolutely love this bed. I turned the underneath into a play area for my kiddo and she loves it. Took about 3-4 hours to assemble, all pieces were there. Instructions are fairly easy to follow. It is sturdy, I was worried because a few reviews said it wasn't but it is. Only thing I have to say against the bed frame is I do not think it could hold the 500 pound max. I think it's more 250-300 pound max. The full size mattress I have for it is thick, memory foam, springs, and plushy(not a thin cheapy kid mattress I think the bed frame was made for) so the guard rails are not tall enough, you could literally roll off the bed, which is unsafe because this is for my toddler. But to fix that problem I got a safety bed rail from the baby section at the store, the kind with a metal frame and mesh net, it works perfect and it just tall enough to wear no one will fall off the bed. I also pushed the bed up against two walls so I only needed one safety rail. (Just added the safety rail tip if someone runs into the same problem as I did. But I highly recommend this bed frame.
OMG!!! This bed is everything!! My daughter loves it!!! I bought in July 2020 and just had it assembled. In the process of moving and I can't wait to decorate underneath. It is sturdy. The gray is really pretty and I think she will enjoy this bed for some years. She is only 5. So she has a while to enjoy this loft bed. The guy that put it together only took about 1hour and a half using a drill of course. I am in love with this bed..

Tighten the bolts as tight as possible but not so tight because you will crack the wood.

Got this for my daughter because it's not too high for her to hit her head on the ceiling fan, but not to low so she can hang out underneath!
