Although I do like this set the chair seats are extremely difficult to attach as there are no starter holes for the screws to grab onto. Attempting to get thru the seat covering and into the wood has been very challenging. In two days I have only managed to get one chair seat attached.
Would return item for this very reason if not so difficult to get packed up and retuned.
For the most part it was exactly as it looked, was easy to assemble but it did arrive with a few imperfections a crack and a scuff. If it wasnt so big Id probably send it back but honestly its not worth the effort so Ill live with it. A discount though would be a deal.
The table looks good but piece 9 (the bottom support bar) doesnt fit the screws on one side. Ive been trying to screw the side in but when I checked the screws vs the holes the screws are just too big to fit - but only on one side. Not sure how to get a replacement part or whatever, but yeah check the holes before putting it together.
Assembly for this table set was much easier than I anticipated. It took me roughly 30 minutes to put together on my own. The materials are on par with what I expected (adequate for a first apartment). There were a few missing hardware pieces, but nothing that you can't find at your local store. Comfort wise, the height of the stools and table didn't have my legs pressed under the tabletop, but I did find that the chairs got progressively more uncomfortable with extended use. There's no padding or back, so it's definitely not fit for everyone, but that's also to be expected given that you know what you're ordering. It has survived a few spills, and no scratches so far, so that's a good thing!
Nice looking once you struggle to put it together. Good thing i work out i had to physically bend many parts to get the screw holes to line up. Once together legs on the chairs are not level they rock from side to side. They give you wood screws to put seat bottoms on terrible. Instructions are in a strange language with bad pictures you have to figure stuff out on your own for over 500 dollars i would expect more. Do yourself a favor and get one with better quality and instructions.

Good but…
All of the chair cushions were ripped in one way or another… other than that the set is super nice and fits perfectly in my dinning room!
No instructions very cheap have to physically bend stuff to get holes to line up.
