Im currently using this for my 2 year old daughter transitioning out of crib. This bed is pretty sturdy if you screw it in right. This definitely easier as a 2 person job to assemble, but its still manageable solo. It took me about 2 hours to put together and most of the time was just spent figuring which goes where because the directions are not clear and theres directions for 3 different manufacturing styles. Once you know what goes where it goes smoothly and you dont even need the directions after the screw the base together. Also the bed is bigger than expected. The height is as tall as me at 58which is great and the bed requires a twin long or twin xl because I got a regular twin and it was too small.
All in all this is a great fun bed. No dents, no discoloration, no missing parts, and came earlier than expected. Toddler sleeps like a baby.
Toddler Approved ???
I got impatient waiting for a man to come build it so me and my 9year old took on the task. The directions were pretty simple as far as the steps but lacked details. For instance, the indented groves where the screws go, they all need to be facing the same direction. We put the wrong wooden poles on the wrong side. The screw holes were facing opposite directions which required us to take it apart and reassemble. The entire bed is put together with an Allen wrench. If you have a power tool with that attachment youll be good to go. We did it by hand and our fingers hate us! The wooden slates that hold up the mattress is put together with a screw driver. This definitely taught me being an independent woman is not always fun lol. The bed is perfect and low to the ground. My 1 year old loves it and her big brothers tried to take over her room. I ordered an 8 inch memory foam mattress from Wayfair to go with it. 8-10 inches is recommended for this bed. I think 10 inches wouldve made it too high. Its definitely worth purchasing but use power tools and a man if possible lol.
Bed was very easy to assembly and I did it alone it would probably be quicker with 2 people. It is very sturdy my son is 5 and he climbs it often great bed for the price
I bought this for my autistic son since he destroyed his other bed. Just put it together last night and he loves it. He calls it his own house. Wasnt too hard to put together by myself just needed a hand for the top beam.
Weve had this bed less than 2 years and my 11yr olds matching bed with her 6yr old sister just snapped 2 nights ago. She is a husky 11yr old so I dont exactly fault the bed manufacturer but where it split seems a bit odd to me. I wouldve expected a slat or main support this split was just odd. Either way my 2nd bed like this is still going strong for my 6yr old! I highly recommend the bed still! Its very thick wood, color didnt chip or peel, legs still perfect. Its a great bed as long as big kids dont plop, jump, or hang on it!
Pros: affordable, cute, fits the mattress well, as sturdy as would be expected for the price although I wouldnt let my kids hang on it or anything. My husband didnt have any issues with assembly.
Cons: one of the main reasons I chose this one was that in the stock photo it looks like theres a gap between the bed frame and the floor. While there is slats and a slight gap on the ends, its not an all around gap like I had hoped.
I have a twin mattressthis frame is longer and widerwhich makes for a tripping hazard!!! I went back to check the description to see if maybe its for like a dorm twinbut it clearly says twin.really annoyed by this!

Very cute and sturdy.
Nice wood framed, very sturdy. Easy to assemble but need two people. Granddaughter loves it.
My son loves it

Cute Bed
This bed is super cute. Two things though its a pain to put together and it needs a bunnies board which was hard to find.

Totally A Lie
Was told similar product was available - terrible. Sits on floor, no legs, no headboard.
