Supurb Product and Excellent Customer Service

We started putting this bed together and found that one supporting piece was machined incorrectly. I reached out to on a Saturday afternoon about the problem. I received a response by Sunday afternoon and they shipped me out, not one replacement part, but two. And I received them within a couple days! The bed has been a lifesaver and the customer service was excellent. If i ever need another bed frame, I will definitely go with !

    Great sturdy bed. Horrible instructions

The bed came in 2 heavy boxes (90 pounds each). The pieces are solid wood. No particle board or cheap materials. The instructions are horrible. They throw 6 things into the same step and arent very good at all. If you follow the pictures, you can figure it out. The holes dont all align either. But once I got the bed assembles, its very sturdy

Best buy I have made in a while!

Love them! Absolutely amazed at how well they are built. So worth the money. You will not be disappointed!

    Great beds. Horrible instructions.

First off, I love this bed set. It looks great, is study and safe. My daughters love it and it has opened up their room with more floor space. The color is great and looks fantastic in tier room. Now, for the bad. The bed is showed in 2 boxes, not a big deal until you realize that they do not mention this anywhere and they showed up on 2 separate days. Started to work on the first box, wondering how they crammed 2 beds into this one box. Only later did we discover we were missing hardware and parts. The instructions were horrible. Leaving out steps, not specific on which way a part should be attached(or turned). The step for connecting the 2 needs, completely left out. I worked EOD in the militaryI love good instructions, these were not them. The parts do fit great together, secure beyond belief. That being said, make sure the parts match what you feel is the correct direction as taking it apart is its own level of frustration. Overall I love the beds. The instructions are simply a failing in the engineers planning.

    Good bed just weak

It was easy to set up but its a little flimsy and my daughter broke her bed frame within 2 days by stepping on it.

    Solid bed. Stairs were damaged.

The bed seems very solid. The stairs were a bit beat up and warped and more difficult to assemble as a result, but not bad enough to attempt a return or replace on such a massive item. The bed is shorter than I expected, which is fine for young children, but older children cant sit up on the bottom bed, and I definitely cant sit on the edge while putting a child to bed. Wasnt a fan of the hardware provided (the nuts were funky and some hard to get in, depending on the angle youre trying to work from). The hex wrenches were cheap and warped easily. Overall its a good bed though. Im happy with the purchase.

    Poorly designed

Good quality bunk bed, VERY poorly designed pull out drawers. No handles or track for them so they are a hot mess to get out and put back. I bought it for the grandkids so they use it once every week or so, if you have children in it every day you will hate this bunk bed.

    Takes forever to put together

Its very nice when put together but it is literally taken apart to the single spindle. I thought maybe an hour to 90 mins to assemble, it took me about 2.5 hours and Im very good with this stuff. I highly suggest using a drill with a Phillips for the slats. Every slat requires 2-3 screws to be stable and not move. It is super nice when it is out together but you really need to follow the instructions the best you can. The nice thing is that the hardware comes in a seal packed and labeled sheet which is great. Its a ton of work and very sturdy but you need to take your time. I am assembling another one this week and Ill be sure to use a drill this time around. Some homes also do not line up or might be a tad small, so having a 1/4 inch bit is very very handy.
