When the bed arrived the package had opened up in transit and instructions and screws were missing. I contacted the seller through and they shipped them immediately. They arrived a few days later.
Reading instructions I realized I needed a 6 square tip bit that I didnt own so ran to Ace and grabbed one. Installation was somewhat straightforward and instructions were detailed and accurate.
End product is a beautiful and sturdy as expected.
Just love my new platform bed. It arrived early and was so happy to have it in my home. The outer box was damaged during shipping, but well packaged in an inner box. Easy to assemble. Like the look of the bed, and it is a nice addition to my home.

The bed came in 2 shipments. And some pieces were discolored or moldy but I guess it was a good deal and beautiful bed so I wont be too picky.

First of all, what type of wood is this made of? The bed has a hole in it, and you can see the wood that looks awful! (See pic attached) Now I am worried about being dangerous for my kids...
Some of the parts do not align properly. (See pic attached).
Many of the screws were very difficult to screw and requires a screw gun. I could not assemble it without one.
The paint came with some scratches!
And not easy to assembly!
This bed is so cute and well made! Our 7.5 month old loves it and immediately figured out how to exit safely. Surprisingly well made considering the price! Would absolutely buy again.

I cant even put it together because its missing 2 packets of screws!
