VERY easy to assemble within a few minutes. Comes very well packaged to avoid dents, etc. I left it unstained and unpainted. Very sturdy and well made product.
I browsed console tables for months, couldnt find a finished table with the size, color or price I wanted. Then we found this very nice but unfinished wood table in the perfect size! I stained using an old oak color, then coated. We wanted to match our other furniture and the stain worked perfectly. A great find and a great addition to our home. It would be even nicer if it had one or two drawers, but this will do.
Perfect as behind/the/couch bar tablesit was actually quite a challenge to find a console table wide/deep enough for this use. I purchased 2, both are as described, the simple design allows for plenty of leg room (many console tables this wide have a cross support between the legs). I will be sanding and sealing them / I love the look but I already see a bit of staining from drinks/foods, the wood is definitely quite porous and prone to staining.
My couch is 86L, 30H. I was worried, having read some reviews that mentioned mold and smells, but both the tables I received were very clean, had minimal dust, and the faint factory odor was gone in a few days.
For 70 you absolutely cannot beat this solid wood sofa table. It is made of great materials, solidly constructed, a nice size/height/length, and so much nicer/less expensive than anything youd buy at Ikea.
Ive had this since Christmas. I finally finished it with a stain and gold paint. Nice find for the price. Sturdy and nice to sit against the wall with a couple of chairs.
Decent product, but missing hardware, and I didnt want to waste my time packing it up and sending it back. If you do order this product be prepared to be missing hardware. Such as, the flat washers and the Allen key. Thats a bit frustrating.
