Love the bench! It came with a crack in the side of the arm rest, but nothing a little wood glue wouldnt fix! Pretty easy to assemble, except for the lid/bench seat. That took me about 30 minutes to put on due to angle and small screws. My favorite part was that the bags with the screws and tools were labeled so there wasnt any guess work!! Definitely recommend this bench! Perfect height for sitting and putting shoes on. Not to mention the roomy storage inside!!!!
This is very well constructed and easier to assemble compared to many other items I have bought. The instructions are well written and easy to follow with well laid out holes for assembly. Its very sturdy and holds about 8 pairs of adult shoes. Definitely a gooddd buy for us.

The bench looks great in our bathroom and adds storage for our towels. It is well built and sturdy. I would have preferred a more substantial bottom shelf, but the rest of the bench is solid wood. The only assembly problem I found was attaching the seat hinges. One of the three hinge predrilled hole sets was misaligned and took extra effort to get the three screws in. The directions were very easy to follow. There were extra screws included in case some were lost but I did not need to use any of them. Be aware that you need a phillips head screwdriver and a rubber mallet to assemble. I attached a felt furniture pad on the head of my hammer but the wooden dowels did not require a lot of force to be seated.
I dont normally write a review, but this bench is worth the effort. Arrived early (pleasant surprise) well packed so no chance of damage in transit. The instructions and ease of assembly was not the norm for flat packs. Built the whole thing by myself in less than 20mins. Very sturdy I am a 289lb guy and not even a squeak of groan from the wood.
Buy with confidence, you get what they are sell tans not some cheap mdf crap.

The picture in step 3 does not go in the same direction as the actual item, being a lefty I figured it out quickly. Just follow instructions and youll be gooddd. 2 be really careful putting the screws in, Its only particle board after all. Took about 30 minutes. I love it!!!! (I actually bought 2)
I like the size. It had some damage but I wasnt going to take it apart to be able to return it so I kept it. Assembly was OK. Not the easiest, but not the hardest Ive ever done. Doesnt feel real sturdy, but not flimsy either. Instructions had no helpful hints to figure correct positioning of pieces.

Disappointed with the product quality
I bought this twice but every time this product was damaged. This product didnt meet my expectations.
