The bed looks exactly how it looks in the picture. The bed came in four boxes, one for the bed, one for the desk, one for the bookcase and one for the dresser. I liked that they were separate because it made assembly easier. The bed is also pretty sturdy, its not a cheap feeling bed. Assembly was pretty simple once you figure out what pieces are which. One thing that I did not like was the fact that the pieces were not labeled (I took a marker and marked the pieces myself on the bottom of the pieces, which helped greatly) not coming with the pieces labeled was disappointing. I also didnt like the fact that you can almost see every connection point which is held together by a screw, so there is a lot of the backs of silver screws showing. THose are my only two complaints and had the pieces came labeled and if the bed came with some white circular stickers to cover all the screw insertions I wouldve given a perfect five. But it is perfect for my 7 year old and great value.
Received product in a timely manner. It consisted of 4 boxes. Pieces were color coded, some if them were hard to identify. My husband is a handy man and it took him almost a whole Saturday to put it together. One piece was damaged when we took it out of the box. It was the piece that lets the desk slide in/out. You cant really see it so we decided to keep it. My 3 almost 4 year old lovees it!
We looked for 2 weeks trying to find the perfect bed for our almost 3 year old son and this one was perfect in every way. It is super sturdy. great quality!!! , color is beautiful and one more thing... he lovees it!!! It gives you so much storage space when you dont have a large room. 10/10 would buy again.
This bed was PERFECT for our sons small room. It is sturdy, and has lots of storage! The bed was delivered in 4 different boxes in 3 different deliveries, but it came way before the promised deliver date. It didnt take long to put each part together. Everything came labeled nicely and the stickers peeled off easily.
Edited to add that its been a year and the bed is still working wonderfully! Ive got a rambunctious 12 year old who has loveed this bed. One knob has broken off of the dresser, but other than that Im still very pleased and would recommend this bed.
Overall I like the how sturdy the bed is. However we had issues. Comes in four different boxes and all were delivered at different times over a week span. Put the dresser together to discover that two of the drawer pieces were missing and we had double of some parts instead. The company sent another dresser. After a week the knobs broke on the dresser drawers. Ended up buying new hardware. While putting the bed together, I happened to notice parts were labeled wrong after putting most parts together. Took more times then necessary to put together due to that issue.
I think having reasonable expectations goes a long way when youre buying items that have to be assembled, and you know arent solid . That being said, this item exceeded my expectations.
The drawer, table, and bookcase were the cheaper composite I expected with a veneer finish. The drawers instructions were by far the hardest to follow. All other instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
The loft bed was made of solid pine, and feels very very sturdy. Its the perfect height and still allows me to tuck my daughter in at night. The directions were so easy, and took two people exactly one hour to put together.
I lovee that the loft, table, drawers, and bookcase came in separate boxes and were labeled 1 of 4 etc.
Unfortunately, box 4 of 4 got lost in the Black Friday and holiday madness, but this seller was EXTREMELY quick to make things right. I didnt have to plead my case, I just stated what was wrong and they shipped out its replacement quicker than I anticipated.
