    Great chairs for the price

Ok, so these are very nice Eames replicas. They would run you significantly more if bought from DWR or modernica. Now, they look clean, are comfortable for a full sized adult, and are easy to clean and care for. The downsides are that they are a bit wobbly due to the method of how the base attaches to the seat. Its not terrible but I feel it might get worse in the future. Just have to wait and see. Also, the legs come wrapped in plastic which is nice to protect them, but it was put on before the bolts were attached which makes it very hard to remove. All in all, these are a great bargain and I would recommend them. I just wish they made the shell armchair version too.

    Amazing chairs!

These chairs are great. Delivery was quick and painless and they took me 5 mins to assemble. Very sturdy and a nice wide seat.

    Dissapointed!!!

When receiving these chairs, I would have given them 5 stars for comfort and quality. One year later, with no more than average daily use and by no means exceeding or even coming close to exceeding the weight limit, one of them has developed a crack where the back meets the seat!!! I am so upset as these were so highly reviewed. :-( Would not recommend.

Very nice chairs. Easy to assemble if you take the time. In my review a few steps on how I did so.

Very nice chairs. Very easy to assemble if you take a bit of time to do it right. My first attempt was not so great. I just screwed the legs to the seat one at a time, tightening them down fully. On carpet it seemed ok, but when I put it on a hard surface all the legs did not touch the surface at the same time. Solution: Put all the screws in before fully tightening any of them. Sit in the chair on a hard, flat surface. Wiggle around a bit to get all the legs to sit flat on the floor, then start tightening the screws. Best if you only tighten the screws partially at a time, going around all 4 several times before they are fully tight. You may want to sit in the chair a couple of times as you tighten the screws, to make sure all the legs keep touching the surface evenly. I know doing things the way I just described may seem a pain, but I now have 4 of these chairs and by the time I got to assembling the last one, it was very easy to do it right the first time.

    Great looking Chairs!

Great set of chairs. I loved this style and decided on this set based on the reviews. Really glad I did. Very easy to put together. They look so good. I bought these for my kids playroom/study/art area.

Almost perfect--but weird damage (stain?) upon arrival

Just bought this pair of chairs and installed them yesterday. One of the chairs was great--no complaints. The other chair, however, had these weird gray fractal-like design all over the back edge of the seat back, which is really unsightly given that the chair (and my entire office) is all monochromatic and simple. I'm going to try and get this either replaced (preferred) or refunded (less preferred) since I do think I'd like the chairs if they were both in perfect condition. Aside from that, both chairs feel great, look great, and feel sturdy so far after sitting on them for an evening with normal moving around. If the two chairs came in perfect, this would easily be a 5 star review, but until I'm able to get the one with this weird damage replaced, I'll just give it a lukewarm score rating of 3 for now.
