No problem putting together. All hardware included. All the parts fit. Has survived 5 yr old, teenagers, and very tough use by adult confined to wheel chair (lifts on and off using arms, little use of legs). Quality competitive with 500 dollar chair I replaced (did not have ottoman). So far, held together extremely well.
These are awesome chairs. Nice woodwork, fine Chinese AK47 style. Fast shipping. Bought four, easy to assemble, look real nice and are very comfortable.
The chair arrived as promised / actually a bit quicker than I had expected. The assembly directions were awful. This was yet another example of a company cutting corners by using only illustrations with no text. Assembly was more difficult than I had anticipated as it took probably 45 minutes to an hour to complete it. The chair looks nice and it seems to be of good quality. However, it is not comfortable for me. I dont like the fact that there are five fixed reclining positions. My old recliner could be adjusted to the position that made me feel the most comfortable. With this chair, none of the five positions work for me. I also have a problem with the chair back as it feels as if there is built/in lumbar support that hurts my back. I wrote the company that distributes the chair to express my displeasure and never received a reply. I will reiterate what I told the company, which is that I would love to return it for credit but theres no way I was going to disassemble and box it for shipment back to . I asked if it offered any other option but. of course, never got a response. I had been hesitant about buying a chair I had never sat in and this just confirmed my initial feelings. I really do like but will never buy a piece of furniture from it again // especially a chair.
really nice chair. A little low for six ft plus. Took about 20 min to assemble without any problem, until 6 months later when the fake began cracking and coming apart. This is not real , it is imitation /(plastic).
Ive had the chair for a couple of weeks now and it seems like a very sturdy chair. However, when putting the chair together I noticed that there were some flaws with the design. When I was attaching the arm rests, I was unable to line up the holes for the screws. The padding was too much that I was not able to push the arm in. I ended up having to drill new holes for the screws. Also, the arm rest blocks the lever for it to recline. I have to bend the side of the rest every time I want to adjust the chair. It is quite a nuisance and Im worried that one day it will snap that part of the arm rest.
It definitely is a cheap chair, but then again what do you expect for the price (140). Fairly comfortable, though it doesnt recline as far as Id like. Chair arrived w/ numerous blemishes/scratches on the wood. More grease /or better engineering would definitely be a good idea on the moving mechanisms. I opted for this chair, sight unseen rather than a similar chair I saw locally for 600 (which I thought was grossly overpriced given its construction). After seeing this chair, Id say its inferior to the more expensive chair, but at 1/4 of the price, I think its a FAR better value.
Very nice chair and ottoman; slightly overstuffed which adds to the comfort. Assembly instructions were illustration only and could have been more clear. The basic tools were provided as part of the purchase but a power drill with hex head drill bit would make the assembly process much, much faster.
Bought two of these for my RV to replace the stock recliners and ottoman that failed after three years. Im expecting much better wear and they look great!

Solidly built, but has design flaws.

Great chair bought for a gift and my roommate loves
Great chair bought for a gift and my roommate loves it. I am guessing it is comfortable as he has to fight with the dogs to sit in it. LOL
Recommend to anyone.
Fast shipping, easy assembly and very comfortable.
