    Perfect!

I used this as a Turntable . Works perfectly for my needs. Left the shelves out so records fit. Also installed some dividers to hold the records up. Assembly was really easy. Just follow the instructions.

    Works like a charm!

Easy to assemble. Took 2 people. Worked perfect to extend the size of the kitchen. Folding part of table where stools are meant to go under can be a bit more sturdy, but overall holds my weight when both arms placed on top and have a diner plate full of food/ laptop work/projects, etc. Searched and searched, found this to be the best bang for the buck. Came in two separate boxes that arrived on different days. Costumer service was super professional and were able to provide a second tracking number for box number 2 of delivery. Arrived right before the New Year!

    Not bad but not great

I like the style and size of this piece but you get what you pay for. Its not quite square, the magnet wont hold the cabinet doors shut. Some bright spark had put the screw pilot holes in the wrong edge of one of the pieces, and one of the decorative panels on the drawers is wonky. However the counter top is great. Good for baking etc. do not put any weight on the side or the whole thing will tip over. We were lucky that my child did not get crushed as I was there to catch it. The drawers look deep but the inside side panels are short so you cant put a whole lot in them, unless in boxes. We purchased mainly for dressing our house for sale so it works for that or might be good for a craft station, but otherwise its a bit flimsy.

    Nice for the price

Nice for the price. Quite a bit of assembly, but nothing unusual if you are used to assembling furniture bought online. You need a screwdriver or a drill

    Enjoy the process!

The finished island is perfect for finishing a kitchen in a house we are trying to sell! It is a selling feature and getting great feedback. The wood top is a lovely grain pattern, has light blonde/light cinnamon color, and beautiful varnish! For the construction, I highly suggest installing in a large empty space and organizing the screws in alphabetical order on a shelf or windowsill. The instructions are in between some panels in the middle of the stack of panels. They were fairly easy to follow, but be AWARE they change screw types from page to page sometimes so look at each section carefully as they switch to between Zs and Hs, especially on the drawer glides. I used wood glue on the dowel joiners to add extra stability. The directions dont mention it, but it will make your finished piece sturdier. Use the large stryofoam planks to lay on the floor first if you are placing a painted finish side down. It also makes It easier to pick back up off the floor. Dont crank anything too hard, especially on the face frames around the doors and drawers. I have a few cracks. It only took two people when I had to flip it over. But one patient person can do most of it. Put on Audible Beautiful Outlaw by John Eldredge, or other cool audio book or praise music and have fun getting focused on something besides this cry world for a several hours!

Good looking but had some problems

My wife and I really like the look of this when its finally put together. Its very sturdy and the color is exactly what we were looking for. The setup process was a pain and took more time than expected. First of all as you can see my photo, there is a ridiculous amount of small floating styrofoam particles everywhere in the package. It took me about half an hour to carefully pull each piece and vacuum them off without making the mess of the room. It was a nightmare dealing with that. Secondly one of the cross beam on part A was not glued properly and was loose in the package. That delayed my setup because I had to use wood glue to glue it back and wait a day for it to dry. After that the installation went very smoothly and took about an hour and a half. I only needed to have a screwdriver to get it done. The doors are nice and are slow closing. They also have a mesh that allows us to get in. The shelves are to different heights. Overall this is a very handsome looking .
