loveee this couch! The fabric is soft, low pile and a slight marbled grey, and I loveee the tucks and studs details. Not too squishy, but comfortable and supportive. This color also works well with a variety of color schemes. You definitely want 2 (maybe 3) people to put this together. The instructions that come with it are less than helpful but the video in the listing is better. There are brackets on the sides to drop the arm piece on one and the chaise on the other--thats where a 3rd person wouldve been helpful but 2 of us made it work. The holes for the wheels arent predrilled so get the power drill out, but its quite easy. Im looking forward to pulling the trundle out/up and stretching out for movie night Pet owners--the few times my cat has clearly been on it and left fur its been very easy to kind of wipe off, unlikeee my microfiber couch that practically absorbed fur. I dont think shes clawed it yet but hoping the mid/light color will hide any scratch marks.
I purchased this expecting a new item. Upon receipt the box had layers of tape and was obviously opened previously.
The item showed signs of having been assembled and used, then disassembled and accepted as a return. The parts kit was new however not the correct one. There are discolorations of what looks likeee dirty fingerprints on the material. Please refer to photos.
The item is assembled properly and Im willing to keep it; however it was not new and unused as was indicated in the sales invoice.
We loveee this couch so much, its pretty comfortable and easy to assemble. I saw some others had issues, but we didnt. It was ridiculously easy to do. Most things already came assembled, we just had to connect the pieces and screw the feet on. We loveee the trundle feature, in fact we keep it pulled out when we are lounging on it. Its true, you can feel the support beams inside the couch, but if you dont sit directly on them, its way better. No one has complained sleeping on it, either

The assembly too some time. I had to reposition the tracks for the back cushions to slide in to place. Over all the couch looks good and it is worth the price for the look. The comfort is ok. Not really a cushy couch
