Bed shipped in a timely manner. Everything was packaged great, no dents or scratches to product. It was very easy to put together, I did it by myself and it took about an hour and a half. Looks great and my daughter LOVES it!
The assembly is a little tedious, but it is a good deal for our 3 yo. Just bear in mind that the trundle bed is not actually attached in a rack, but free standing.

During shipping one of the parts went missing. Customer service was super friendly and fast at replacing it for me. Assembly was easy and I really like that I was able to have 2 heights to choose from. The frame is very sturdy. I will definitely order products from in the future. Ive already recommended them to a few friends.
We bought the full size bed for our teen daughter. It was not the easiest to put together. PAY close ATTENTION to where you are putting each rail! The very first mistake we made was in the headboard part (the long piece that goes to the wall) when we realized we had it backwards we had to remove the screws that were a big pain in the you know what to get out in, we were not happy about that! lol. It took my husband and I about 2 hours to put it together. Because of that we never did put the tundral part together. It sits in the basement lol. Oh well, maybe one day. Anyway, she loves it. It is very pretty.
So far, so good. Weve used this about 2 weeks now. Very easy to put together, great appearance and seems sturdy. No problem with squeaking or anything like that at all. Trundle bed part works great except is does roll a bit when getting in and out.
It was fun to put it together. I loved having my little one help me put it together. After it was all done it almost looked elegant but pretty at the same time. I had absolutely no issues with any of the parts. Everything was included in the Box everything was safe. the bed is working wonderful. I recommend this bed for anyone who wants to buy it for their kid.
