We ordered this couch (technically a love seat) in July. Because it is the Time of Covid the shipping was delayed about 3 weeks. This is sold by an 3rd party vendor and delivered by a 4th party trucking company, so there are a lot of hands in the process. Note that because of this, what is says on your order status is probably NOT correct. For example said it would be delivered on a Saturday, which the delivery company doesnt do, and then said it was lost on the Sunday. Just take s automated order status with a grain of salt. I spoke with the seller, KART/IT, several times on the phone for updates and they were polite and responsive and checked twice with the trucking company on delivery status. The trucking co has an automated system to call and schedule your delivery so they need a phone number for you. The delivery truck actually arrived 10 minutes early, so I give them props for being prompt.
They do not carry the couch into your home, just to the porch or door so make sure you have someone to help you carry it inside. It comes in a cardboard carton and is wrapped in , carefully done. The legs were inside a zippered pocket in the bottom / I thought that was clever.
The color (ure) is gorgeous, and very which was our goal. The cushions are really firm. This is not a sink down and take a nap kind of furniture. Again, OK with us. The shorter size (70 in) fit our space and will allow us more options for arrangement with other furniture. All in all, it is a lovely couch at a good price. Its a very cute loveseat! it looks so much bigger on the photo. It comes in 3 main pieces and its a chore to get the back portion hooked into the arm chair side. Its very stylish and the visual aesthetic is very nice however I do recommend getting Scotchgard I didnt do that and now Im sitting here trying to look for it myself. I have a bulldog and a husband who spills things.
Great look! Really added the modern look I was going for on my living room. The couch is not as comfortable for lounging as I was hoping for but it was easy to assemble and beautiful color.
I love this cute couch. I didnt realize how small it was but it will work out just fine in my bedroom. I had my daughter sit on this couch and she loves it too! The couch material is soft and the cushions are soft but firm.
I love this sofa!!! The delivery was terrible. The trucking company sent an email saying it was a room of choice delivery with all debris removed at completion. It wasnt that at all. They slowed down and dropped it off. So dont believe the email from the trucking company, also dont bother saying anything Edward will just talk in circles and youll just get frustrated. Over all I love the sofa soon enough I will forget the unpleasant misinformed delivery issue. Thank Ed.
Our first one was lost in the order / shipment process so we called to cancel it and reordered. Then we got two delivered a couple of days apart. Thankfully facilitated the return quickly and we got it sorted out. The product itself is an aming value for money and a very nice looking loveseat. Assembly is pretty quick and easy but probably best for two people to do. Happy with it so far!
Ohhhh I love it !!! It was absolutely worth the buy . Its just right for my space and looks aming . Its firm but not hard it give just enough support while also comfortable
I love the look, the color and the size of this chair. I only wish it was comfortable. If you like a firm seat / this is it! If you like to sink in. scroll on. Great for a space that it isnt really used in. office, entry, lobby, etc.
