There was a slight damage on the inside of one part. As it wasnt visible on the outside, I decided to go ahead with it.
It all comes in one big package which is really heavy.
Legs are plastic though it looks okay.
I never post reviews, but I will say I was pleasantly surprised. It was very easy to put together as I did it myself in about 45 minutes. Use the ratchet thats included instead of the allen wrench as it makes it go so much faster. I bought a Serta queen mattress and it fits perfect. Would definitely recommend this bed.
This is an aming bed for its price and quality. We love it so much we bought one for the guest room. Its easy assembly, sturdy, and no box spring needed.
We had same model bed previously, easy to assemble and never had an issue. This time we got products with small defects in few items. Also seems smaller for our queen mattress. A bit disappointed
This was easy to assemble. All parts were there and fit perfectly. No bed bugs as in other reviews. Everything you need is packed inside the headboard with a zipper flap You might think a hollow headboard sounds odd but it is super sturdy. You could probably use the headboard for storage if you wanted to moved the bed to get inside.

Great bed for teen daughter
Great size, easy to assemble and daughter loves it. Fits great in her room. She loves having the USB port as part of the bed
