Good value for the price. Love that the bottom cushions and back cushion covers can be washed if needed. Very soft fabric that is a true grey. Beware of the zippers to the cushion covers as we has issues with two of the zippers breaking.
For the price its probably worth 5 stars. Nice soft material, the seat cushions feel a little awkward, but feels fairly strong build overall. If I was to go back in time, I wouldve saved money and bought a more expensive couch, but this is good for the budget.

The back cushions sag a little, but not bad and overall the couch is comfortable. Its a little short for lots of overnight guests and folks who have slept on it give it mixed reviews in that area.
It seems pretty miniature height wise. Maybe its because my basement is empty. The color is perfect and the material is soft, Im waiting 48 hours to see if the seating cushions expand more.
Overall, very happy so far. We received this yesterday and setup took us (us being two college students) maybe 15 minutes tops. No idea what gave other people so much trouble. The couch is quite comfortable and it looks nice. Im a little miffed that the price jumped up by $60 the day before I ordered it, but it is still very well priced.
