The bed is ok, is not as firm as I expected it to be, I was really disappointed because I got the colors I didnt want. I ordered white and got gray, by the time Id returned it and got another one my kids would be in an airmatress, so I settled for gray.
I timed myself and it took me exactly 1 hour to fully assemble this piece. I was a little hesitant buying a piece of furniture this large from , but I have found myself impressed by the sturdiness and quality of pieces used to make this bed.
Received this loft bed frame today. The parts were slightly difficult to remove from the box, but after that it was smooth sailing. I had the kids carry all the pieces up the stairs so I didnt have to drag the tall, heavy box upstairs. All the pieces are here and fit snugly together. I left all the screws somewhat loose until the end so it was easier to put together. At the end, I tightened them all up. I put this together myself (30sF) for my 9 year old son and he loves it. I even climbed up on it (Im not graceful at all) and it was quite sturdy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with an older child and a small bedroom!
Is NOT as tall as pictures make it seem. You cant walk under it at 7 yrs old even. Very disappointed in product all around. Assembly took 8 hrs! 8 Everything has to be aligned perfect or bolt will not screw in which made everything horrible. Once it was up and tight the bed still has more wobble than I would like for my kids. Bought 2 and they were equally as frustrating to do. If I didnt already take down the previous beds I would of returned these in a second. The stairs are so painful my kids go to all lengths to avoid using them. So now I have to buy padding for the ladder and see if theres lifts for the bed to go on so my kids utilize the space I tried to make. Colors were good, black and pink, everything was marked well but a nightmare from beginning onward.
This is a fairly sturdy bed, and has enough storage below the loft for a 5 foot bean bag, its a big step up from my old bunk bed. I have so much more space in my room thanks to this bed. The only thing i didnt appreciate was that i picked black but i got a white bed. Its fine because its a new bed and its good but that kind of surprised me.
I ordered two of the beds for each of my kiddos bedrooms! I am so happy with them! Everything turned out just as planned. There is enough space underneath to create a little reading nook. My kids love them! Really aming deal! Great bed for the price!
Great quality. Weve had it for over a year now without any issues. The bottom has been turned into a baby nursery, a girls only club, a lounge area, and many other things my daughter has come up with. Shes 7 going on 8, about 60lbs. My husband had zero problems putting it together. It doesnt squeak like others have said. I think some people just dont put things together well. It hurts my bare feet to stand on the ladder and kiss her goodnight. We lost our special cuddle time in her bed together bc Im not going up there so we just read in my bed now first instead. It was something I never thought about before buying it though, its not easy to climb in bed with a sick child, a scared from nightmares child, or just someone who might need an extra cuddle before bed. Just something to keep in mind! She loves it though. We put lights underneath and she has created so many uses for that space. Its hard to get her to stop hanging on the bars underneath though. No issues yet but if shes keeps it up, she will break or bend them beyond repair. Beyond all of that, its definitely worth the money and its super cute.
