Very solid. You never know when you buy off the internet, but this bed is very sturdy. Took less then an hour and a half to assemble, and had no difficulty. They supplied extra parts and everything.

The rounded end was a bit difficult to line up for one screw but otherwise really easy to put together
Follow directions on not tightening certain pieces first or youll be taking it apart to fix lol

This is a great bed for a younger child where you need some more space for toys or a deck underneath. The height is perfect for parents to still reach to put little ones to bed without having to get up on the bed. Was a little tricky putting together, but my daughter loves it, and it basically doubled the space in her room for toys and play area.
Update: We have not have had the bed less than a year and I am already looking for a replacement. This did not hold up to my son. The screws fell out of the front saftey bar as well as the ladder. The botton has completely bowed down. I wonder if/when he might fall through if I cant get a replacement soon enough. This is a great bed for a non neurodivergent child, but not so great for our son.
I got this for my 7year old autistic son. It wasnt the easier to assemble because I was alone. You will need two people. It doesnt shake much and holds very well. Seeing how it stands time with my son is the true test. But he loves this bed!! I recommend it.
Kiddos actually are putting a mattress in the bottom as well. Gave us tons of more room. You will need a mattress under 6inches for the bottom if the person is over 57. The bottom isnt that high. Get some padding for the ladder ( it hurts) pay attention to pieces. Had to take it apart twice cause i had a piece turned around.
The plastic tabs that hold the bars down break very easy and trying to add the hooks in the middle hurt my hands a lot but its a good price sturdy and my son loves it so well worth putting it together.

Its nice, my daughter loves it, and its pretty sturdy, I weigh 250lbs and get on it to make the bed.
