    definitely needs an extra hand

super easy to put together. great quality for the price point. just make sure you only finger tighten the bolts until its all installed. Things ended up in a tight fit and it took 2 people to put it together only cause i didnt feel like loosening bolts

    Got for my daughter

Got this bed frame for my daughters bed! She loves it! Not very high, however shes almost 6 with short ceilings in her room so its a perfect fit! Easy to put together, we did it with 2 people! Didnt seem to take too long!

    My daughter loves it

The bed frame is pretty nice. It was a slight struggle putting together, mostly with attaching the slats for beneath the mattress. A third were slightly warped, only enough that snapping them in was a struggle. But i got them in after a few trys. With the angle of some of the bolt locations, it made screwing them in fully difficult. The main frames bars are okayed size, i feel for being the main skeleton of the frame they could be a tad thicker. But the smaller ones supporting the main frame are fairly thin. But it seems to hold her and her mattress just fine. Tho Id say no jumping. The ladder is a bit awkward with its size and angle. The main concern on the frame (and i may just be a worried mom) is the height of the sides bordering the mattress. The mattress i got, i cant remember the height of it, was one it recommended to pair it with. The rails just barely rise above the mattress. Bout the width of my palm give or take. So for children who roll easier, may roll over the side if they move hard enough. Its not a far drop but still. Honestly, i know how my daughter sleeps and she have been sleeping in beds like this for 4 years and is used to it. Even with that she has a body pillow she places on that border that is thick enough that she would physically have to climb it.v

    Great bed for little ones

I have a 5 and 3 yo. We already had a full mattress that I wanted to keep using Im still waiting on twin for top. (Theres couch pillows up there) Fits perfectly under I just moved the ladder and rigged it with some bunk ladder hooks I bought. Ladder is extremely painful on feet/Got a foam noodle at dollar tree. Fairly sturdy and doesnt squeak yet. Great deal. I dont plan on using for ten years so if it lasts 5 Ill be happy. My daughters love it. I put together myself easily (female) kids helped me hold a bit when needed. Simple directions! Even got it upstairs myself.

Its half the height of a normal bunkbed

Sturdy, very sturdy. My child loves it. Plenty of space below.

Perfect for shorter ceilings! We love it!

We have a loft style second story, which is one big room with bathroom attached. The height of this loft bed is PERFECT for the angled ceilings. And it is so affordable. We love it so much, we want to order the shorter bunk bed similar to this as well.

    Perfect First Loft Bed

Bought this loft bed for my 8 yr old daughter who wanted a bed like her 12 yr old brother. I love the height of this because it allows us to still change her bedding without having to climb the bed. Plus, whenever she falls asleep anywhere else in the house my husband can easily carry her and place her in the bed without having to wake her up and making her climb. I only gave the bed 4 stars because the ladder does hurt my daughters feet to climb. Fixed that issue with a cut up pool noodle as others suggested. Overall, the bed is sturdy and will last until her teenage years.
