The delivery people were kind enough to send this sofa A WHOLE WEEK AND A HALF earlier than expected arrival date just because they had it in stock (I live in 11218, for reference.) Unbelievable -- and they even adjusted the delivery time to fit my schedule on the day of delivery! ^_^
As for the sofa itself - so perfect, at least for me and my space. Changing my life, tbh I live in a studio space and having a convertible sofa instead of a bed really helps with keeping up my motivation. Great to finally have a living room instead of a bedroom as my main room, and the bed is nice and firm to sleep on (if you are into that sort of thing.) Long story short, I am very happy with everything, especially the delivery service. Love the color of the couch, too, btw - not navy, but a lovely cerulean blue. I hope it holds up. It seems good for now, but I will come back here and update this if it doesnt!
It is an absolute great experience to have a very nice sofa delivered to your doorstep and just have to screw the legs in before it looks amazing in your space. Recommend!
This sofa is so cute and comfortable. The box it came in looked a bit intimidating. I was afraid that the assembly would take the rest of my life to put together. I was so wrong. The only things that needed to be assembled were the legs. Took a whole 10 minutes.
If you like firm, this is for you. I have nothing bad to say about the couch except is does retain heat if you do live in a hot area. Ive had it for 5 weeks now and its kept the shape, softened the tiniest little bir- or Ive just gotten used to it. I bought it for our RV because it comes in a smaller box that fit very easily through the small RV door. Assembly was extremely easy, and it is a very light piece. Overall, I am pleased
I ordered both the couch and the chair in Linen and I absolutely love the color and style. They both look exactly like the images online. Delivery was fast and assembly was easyjust had to screw on the legs. My only complaint is I wish the couch cousins were larger so theres more room to lounge when watching movies but other than that I love them both! Dont hesitate to buy if youre thinking about it!
This sofa is so comfortable, buttery soft, and really pretty. But when we assembled it we discovered that the right (when facing the couch) arm is broken. How do I contact the seller to look in to fixing this issue? Can we get an arm replacement?
