Directions are a little confusing and they missed a piece. But it works well and my kids love it. However if you are tall, its a very tight squeeze and its hard to make the beds, but that comes with having a bunk bed. I would suggest getting wood glue and using it at all times. Also when putting in the slacks, do the top one first. Lastly, have another person helping. It will save you time and back pain.
Assembly was a nightmare. The instructions were cryptic, and hard to decipher (which side goes where?). Most definitely NOT written or produced in an English-speaking country.
It was a fair price, but not worth the sweat equity (or accidental holes you will inevitably drill through the side rail because the directions make no sense what-so-ever). Do yourself a favor and Don't buy this bed.
It's cute now that it's finished, but it took 2 grown men 5 hours to put it together! The rolling drawers that go under the bed, which was the main reason we chose this one over others, we're flimsy at best. We ended up ordering rolling storage baskets instead.

The box was a little banged up but all the pieces were protected and no dents on the actual wood. Setting up was a bit time consuming. Over all love the bed
Should have come in 3 or 4 different packages. Came in 2 on was ok to move. The other one was really heavy. The delivery guy let the package outside all ripped apart. I had to drag it inside. Very heavy. Putting together was ok just time consuming the instructions are good. The only part is terrible about his model is the drawers. No specific instructions, came with a wheel missing and they just don't stay in. For a small kid that will use that as a step is just no worthy having it.
We are very pleased with this purchase for the affordability, sturdiness and design. From reviewing many of the previous comments we were prepared for disappointments but feel otherwise. It is not the heaviest, sturdiest bed on the block, but we also did not pay for such a bed. And we live in Alaska and it arrived within one week! The assembly is a bit complicated but if you lay out all of the parts in matching piles and follow the pictures carefully in the order presented you should find success. My husband is a carpenter so we had the upper hand but that is exactly what he did. The unfortunate thing is that there are no written words to guide you, just drawings. But it's doable with patience and even with our skills it takes quite a few hours. A power screwdriver is helpful too. We do not regret this decision. Good luck!

Lots of parts but worth the hassle
My kids love the bed very sturdy. Does have a lot of parts to awhile to put together but worth it.
The Drawers are cheap and not kid friendly.
