This was a gift for my daughter out-of-state. She was so delighted when she opened it up, but then it turned to disappointment when she assembled them. Three chairs were fine and one was missing the pre-drilled holes to attach the legs. I tried to find a way to contact the company, but was unsuccessful. So, 1 star for each chair. She is happy with the 3 that she can use. Not a do-it-yourselfer, she can't drill the holes herself, rendering one chair completely unusable. I'm the one not happy at all.
Great chairs for the price, look very simple and fancy which was exactly what I was looking for. 2 of the chairs came dented but in a part is not visible at all. It was just difficult to put these chairs together because of those dents but I just think it was the delivery, it should have been more protected. Other than that, these chairs are very pretty. I love how the look!
The chairs are pretty nice but I got a defected metal cross piece without a connection piece so the leg cannot get attached. So now i only have three functional chairs and one with three legs lol. Would be nice if i could get that piece...
Amazing quality chairs. I love the color but I wish I would have purchased the grey instead. I may get the gray later. They are super easy to put together and they very sturdy.
I bought these chairs on a whim because the other reviews were like don't think, BUY! And omg I'm glad I did, these chairs are amazing. They look so adorable, they are comfortable, and super sturdy. I was worried about buying cheap chairs that would be wobbly, but since these have metal legs, they are super sturdy. The wood paint is very convincing too. The navy color is actually a gorgeous lagoon kind of color and the velvet is wonderful. I would buy these again in a heart beat, the quality is amazing.
I received these chairs last week, and was surprised to see that one of the chairs in my set was a different color and material. Inside the box, there's contact information for and I emailed them explaining the issue. They were very responsive and helpful. The chairs themselves are very stylish for the price. Very simple to put together, took me less than 20 minutes to assemble all four by myself. I also appreciate that they're pretty lightweight, so they're very easy to move around if you want to be flexible with your seating.
We were looking for the best looking chairs to go with our new dining table without going overboard. Something to start off with for the meantime until we decide to upgrade down the road. These were much better than expected. Super easy assemble. Very lightweight. Comfortable and soft. Nervous about how long they will stay clean. Only 4 star because we were missing some screws. But we just ordered another set!
