After reviewing this bed from other parents we did proceed with purchasing this Loft Bed. Thanks to other users I checked everything after it arrive before moving forward with assembly. As you will see from the pictures I uploaded the packaging was secure and nothing was damaged on delivery. What I did find though was some of the wooden pieces had either small cracks that hopefully won't develop into larger ones and areas where the wood was patched up with wood glue or filler. I also think these piece are only getting a single coat of paint as you can see through to the wood. The manufacturer would not replace any of the parts and said we had to go through who gave us some money back on our purchase price in case we have to replace certain pieces should they break. Bottom line for the price and knowing it is going in a kids room I would day its an ok purchase, of course my daughter is through the roof excited to have it in her room. Hope this helps others.
very sturdy and safe, my kids Love their beds,my kids have a small room so this is truly space saving. they use their space underneath their beds as their hideout area and weve put a sheet over. its like their room in a room
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Purchased this bunk bed and then the trundle later.... Turns out the bunk bed was an older model so the trundle wouldn't fit. THIS COMPANY IS SENDING ME A BRAND NEW BUNK BED!!!!! I mean does it get any better with making the customer happy?! So happy with how they handled the issue so quickly and so so helpful! Highly recommend. Not to mention the bed/trundle is beautiful and such a good price!
The delivery was amazing it arrived two days early. Instructions were very detailed and easy to assemble! Super sturdy! My daughters loveee their new bed.
So this was crazy to assemble. You basically get the lumber to assemble. The little wrench that comes with it, is just not good. Good thing I had a bit that would work.
Bunkie boards are a must. Unless this is just for show. Invest in some bunkie boards.

(The beds were still functional and we donated the old set) So I chose to get the same set since it held up so well. The new set came with no blemishes and was easily assembled. We went with the black set this time. I have recommended the bunk bed many time.

The bed was well designed and the assembly was reasonable. The instructions could have been slightly clearer on the ladder.
Good quality, 2 people to assemble
2 people are needed to assemble it but overall was easy. Took us 2 hours. Good quality and the kids are happy!

Happy with the bed. A bit of a pain to assemble, but its sturdy. It was a smart purchase for my kids.
