My daughters love this bunk bed! It took two people to put it together (as expected). The while color looks fantastic against their purple walls. It seems pretty sturdy. My husband (250ish lbs) sat on the top bunk and it held up.
Coming from Alaska, we were super excited that it actually shipped to us!! We expected an e-mail cancelling our order because thats what companies do to Alaskans and Hawaiins all the time. But we thought we would try to order anyway and to our excitement and surprise it was delivered to our door!! Thank you to this company for shipping us this bunk bed.
The bed is very well built, the instructions are clear, and its a nice sturdy build. The weight capacity is only 160 lbs for each bed, but our boys are very young and this wont be an issue for us for a very long time, and when that time approaches, Im sure we can easily add some sheets of plywood to distribute weight. The boys love their bunk bed. We went with the deep brown wood color and it is beautiful! It does take a couple hours to build, but thats normal for a sturdy bunk bed!
It took me over 2 hrs. to assemble this bed by myself, and it was fun. The instructions and numbered parts were well laid out. My husband helped me stack the beds, and because I had trouble getting a couple bolts to tighten down, he used a file to increase the size of the slot they were supposed to fit into. Our neighbor told us that the delivery driver dropped the box when he unloaded it, so I was anticipating damage, but the bed parts are packed very tightly and there was no damage.
The safety rail TOP BUNK screws were not long enough. So I went to the hardware store and bought some course drywall screws a little longer than the ones supplied. fixed the issue.

My son in law put it together for me and my daughter my grand son loves it but when putting it together be careful the wood cracks if you go to tight.
