Firm, firm, firm. I prefer firm over soft for sitting. And it did not disappoint. I dont sleep on my couches so I dont know how comfortable it would be to sleep on but the assembly was very easy and does not require any tools. It arrived in one box and I would recommend this product.
We were presently surprised with this sofa. Nice quality. So easy to assemble. My husband was thrilled he didnt need to deal with screws etc. the pieces just slide together and leave a sleek look. The fabric is soft almost velvety feel.
Based on the first day and first impression I love this couch I purchased it in the color black, it arrived a day early it is a perfect fit for my small apartment living room. It also has a classy modern finish, it doesnt look cheap. I assembled it by myself in less than 10 minutes but two people wouldve have been much quicker. It is comfortable and soft. I love it
Easy assembly with no hardware needed. Looks great. It was supposed to come with 4 plastic washers for the legs, but they were not included so I screwed the legs on without them. No problem. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
The couch is functional, clean, and pretty nice for the price. It came all at once and assembly wasnt hard at all. I will say that sliding in parts of the couch had slight difficulty but I was able to assemble alone once I really understood how to put the pieces together. All in all I am pleased with the purchase, just need a throw blanket and some end tables to complete the look.
