Held up well on it's maiden voyage, no issues. Being yellow, the checked bags found some black scuffs along the way. TSA inspected my largest case, so apparently the TSA locks work as advertised. Rolls well. Best part is I can spot my luggage a mile away, bright yellow really separates my luggage from everyone else's. Very happy with this luggage! Oh, I never give five stars, nothing is perfect!
Wow totally surprised at the amount that we could pack in one suitcase and still be under the weight limit for the Airline. We've taken it on one trip so far ready for our second. We are impressed with its durability and the fact that it maneuvers so smoothly on both carpet and smooth floor.
It does not seem nearly as big as the dimensions. It is what the dimension said but it is much smaller than my previous set. I have lost about 1 1/2 ft.3 in space in just the large case. I wish it wouldve been bigger. It does roll fairly well. Im not so sure it will have the durability of my previous set.
While walking through the airport two of the wheels snapped off. I reached out to the customer service department and they gave me a few options of what they would do. They are sending me a replacement 3 days later.
They were super helpful and responded quickly.
I got the four piece. It's great. The Omni directional wheels are wonderful . Easy to set lock. Roomy and sturdy. I have no idea what I was doing before this, but I don't miss it!

Smooth a d roomy

Prefect for normal person/family traveler. Not too expensive and easy to get through airports.

There are locks on the side built in. Don't lock them on the Airplane, but great for Cruises and Hotel Rooms for that added security.
Does not hold as much as Id like
Very sturdy however large bag isnt as wide as Id have liked. Can barely fit just my items in. Idk how Id even squeeze my husbands in.
