The boxes were delivered by UPS and the headboard box was ripped in several different places but luckily, the contents were in tact. Headboard looks really nice, not cheapo looking. Instructions were horrible, many misspelled words and a few places they hardware was mislabeled. Took a while to get together but very sturdy.will not collapse. Overall I am happy with this purchase.
This bed was easy to assemble, my brother assemble while I was at work, he had no problem, but did need to use a drill when attaching the box springs. Love this bed. Very sturdy
