This bed was decent for the price paid though it couldve been higher quality. Nothing was damaged in the package it seemed fairly easy to put together yet once it was put together it shakes a lot and there are no stabilizing bars for this product. Manufacturer should figure something out for this its really pretty simple that there could be to crossbars added. As it is now we will have to create some thing on our own to attach to the wall so that the bed does not shake. Unfortunately taking this whole thing apart and trying to send it back would be a lot of work and I think thats where they get you..
Be careful and check out the measurements before you buy! We got this for my teenager to do school from home because a regular desk wouldnt fit in her room along with her bed and dressers. Its okay, but if our ceilings were any lower it wouldnt work. We had to get a smaller ceiling fan so it wouldnt hit her while shes in bed. Also the ladder rungs really hurt her feet so we had to get some pool noodle type material to cover them.
The box came disheveled/broken - extremely heavy. Could not return in the box if I wanted to - which I did. Had to bring up four flights of stairs so I had to cntinur to open the box and bring it up bit by bit. The parts are labeled with letters so small it takes awhile to just know if you have all the parts. Not clear at times how to place parts. Just a big big big job. Not sure of the sturdiness because we have not used it yet. It is not easy to assemble!!! Big problem with how it was advertised on - offering a Saturday delivery that did not exist. I have never reviewed a purchase before, but could not let anyone else think this is an easy job. Hoping its sturdy.
Great and sturdy bed for toddler or preteen. The screws were hard to put on in certain parts of the bed. Please make to set aside about 2 hours to put together. Overall very happy with the purchase.
I bought 2 of the same bed which was the silver junior loft. My kids love their beds. It was so easy to assemble, the items were received before the actual delivery date which made it even better and the overall product was a great purchase.
Its a good bed but few things to enhance:
1- The ladder is like a square metal shape that will hurt your feet when going up and down.
2- The bedding layer is also metal I would prefer it in wood so it would be more comfortable, easier to install and less noise.
3- The ladder cant be installed the other end.
My son is almost 14 and he loves this bed!! My husband and him put it together in about 2 hours, he said the power drill made it so much easier, so it turned out very sturdy! Were still in the process of decoratong it. Well also get some sponge noodles for the stairs because YES they hurt your feet going up! I highly recommend this.
After assembling the bed and putting a mattress on it, we noticed a considerable sagging or bowing in the center support beam. Considering returning it and requesting a refund.

This bed has an amazing modern look to it, and it was extremely easy to assemble. Will be very useful for our child.
