This is a sturdy piece thats perfect for our use as a tv and accessories stand. Looks upscale. I was skeptical having read prior reviews, but am pleased with the paint finish and the product (purchased black). The box is 150 pounds; you need two people to move it. It is much easier to assemble with two people / and less time/consuming; took me and my daughter about two hours. The instructions were very clear. I recommend making sure you unpack, sort, and organize all of the parts as listed before starting assembly. I used a low power electric screwdriver on NON/cam screws. Easier on the hands. Have one person assemble the drawers while the other does the initial prep assembly steps. If you can assemble , you can do this.
I researched buffets, credenza, and sideboards for what seemed like a decade and ultimately decided to buy this cabinet. I read a lot of the reviews, and most of them said putting it together was a bit of a bear, but expect around 2.5 hours as assemble time. I wish I knew those people that put together this cabinet that fast. I would invite them over anytime to help me out. I think all in all it took me and my husband (helping part of the time) around 4 to 5 hours to accomplish the assembly. (Yes, I know that you can pay for someone to put this together, but I wanted to save a bit of money). Putting the glass doors on proved to be the hardest part. If you are still reading this review, you may want to try to put them on before you put on the backing pieces. The backing pieces require approximately 100 million tiny screws to affix the thin cardboard to the back of the cabinet. If you leave this off while putting on the doors, you can also access them from inside the cabinet. (I hope this is making sense.) It was hard to put together, but I do love the look of it.
Not sure what everyone is complaining about with assembly. Clearly its user error and not the product. Took 1 hour to put together taking my time. Great directions and quality. Only issue is I ordered antique Grey and got more of the Grey not so much antique which Im OK with so if youre looking for an older look it may vary Either way I love it and looks super good.
The back of one of the facing pieces was broken off. (The dowel was broken off in the hole) I glued it back on and it doesnt show. Just hope it will not fall apart.
Great value, doors and drawers are smooth, looks sturdy. However, disappointed there is a scratch on the top surface. May try to fix with sharpie to cover it up. Would appreciate reply from seller. Thank you.

Heavy and sturdy.
One of the door hinges is bent but otherwise its exactly what I wanted! Takes two people to put together. Lots of pieces. Heavy and sturdy.
Attractive, functional, and sturdy

but we found one online and overall looks nice.
A little smaller (length) than expected, scratched top, and NO MANUAL provided, but we found one online and overall looks nice.
Set aside some time and patience to put together this pretty cabinet.

Disappointed
After beginning assembly, noticed a sizable chip out of the front. Too late to return. Assembly took way too longand FYI involves gluing.
Great directions and quality

Looks aming!
Took close to 2 hours to install, but worth every minuet. Looks aming and better than the 400 stand we bought on wayfair.
Nice peice
