    Inconsistent quality

We bought a pair of these and went with because of their reputation for quality. If I were reviewing the rockers based on the first one I opened and put together it would be a solid five stars with rave reviews. That chair was virtually flawless. Every connection was perfect and I had it put together by myself within 45 minutes even without directions. It would have been half time that if Id been paying attention and not put the chair back on backwards. While there are no instructions keep in mind that the longer screws are for the seat and the shorter ones for the back. After getting it put together we ended up with one of these wettest months Ive ever seen in what should be our best weather so waited for good weather to open the next one. Wow. What a difference! This one is rough over most of the chair. One of the wooden dowels that attach the chair back to the arms/rockers is so short it will barely do any good. The putty and glue work is sloppy. Most concerning though is how bad the pre-drilled holes are. The edges of the holes are damaged and a couple of them are such large ovals Im going to have to find washers to keep the screws from sinking down through the arms. I think I can salvage it but its just not the quality I would expect - especially after seeing the first. Thankfully I grew up working for my contractor father so this lady is handy with tools and have whatever Ill need on hand. Like others have said the seat cushions are thin and not very comfortable - especially for old rears like ours. Id already planned on buying new ones because beige just isnt my color so thats not a big deal to us. My best recommendation is to open the box as soon as you get it and look the chair over.

    inexpensive and high quality

I was looking for a rocking chair and not wanting to spend an arm and leg and this fits the bill! Super nice wooden arms and legs and comfy too!

Not as sturdy as it looks in the pictures.

Wood is not sturdy like teak. Somewhat light weight and doesnt feel sturdy. Not sure how long it will last. But rocks ok and is somewhat comfortable.

    Small but cute

Im 25 weeks pregnant and I chose this chair because I needed a smaller chair for my small nursery. This chair was super easy to put together and definitely SMALL. Myself and my boyfriend can each fit in it fine, and it is good for the space I have, but I would prefer if it were slightly taller and the seat was higher. Overall though, Im so far happy with this purchase.

I absolutely love this rocking chair

Absolutely love this rocking chair. So easy to assemble, comfortable and looks great in my nursery. Original I thought the fabric looked like a velvet but its not. Still super soft and easy to clean dog hair off of it. 10 out of 10 I recommend. Also, shipping did take longer but so worth it.

If your under 52, dont get this chair

The chair is extremely comfortable, however I am only 5ft tall and my toes barely touch the ground when I get in this chair. Since the seat cushion is not removable there is not way for me to make it work. My husband who is 65 loves the chair, but that wasnt why we got it. As for assembly, there are holes for the screws for the back but they are not aligned and the washers do not fit appropriately making me concerned the back is not secure.
