Very please with this purchase. The foam is more rigid than expected, but this hasnt taken away from the comfort while sitting. We have not used it as a bed yet.
I LOVE my chair! I was looking for a comfy desk chair. It had to be small and fit it with my bedroom decor. The grey color I chose was perfect. The size was just right and the chair is very comfy. It took me longer to open the box and remove the chair from the box, than assembling it. It took me less than 5 minutes to assemble the chair. I love furniture which are easy and quick to assemble. I will definitely purchase again if I need another chair. I am very satisfied with my purchase!
The product is way more than I expected from mail order furniture. It is easy to put together and very sturdy. I would recommend this product to anyone.
I waited about a month to get the futon/couch, understandable due to Covid, I was going to cancel it by recommendation of that evening and assume it was lost in the shuffle. Magically it appeared at my door that afternoon. I was super excited for it to finally arrive. It is a sleeper for when my two grand daughters come to visit. I needed help to haul it in so a family member came over, to haul and help put it together. Well it turns out the holes were not drilled in the wrong spots to put the one arm on, called the manufacturer who said to call .
As usual made me an offer I could keep the futon for a discount or re box it and send back, that of course is nearly impossible given the size. But all is well that ends well, I had the holes re/drilled and now it looks great and is ready to sleep on
I love my chair. It does exactly want I wanted and hoped for. Its cute and help set a comfy tone in my office. Not to take away from this chair but I wish I would have purchased the swivel bottom instead of the legs.
I loved how easy the chair was to assemble. Its comfy cute and was the perfect size for the space I wanted to fill in my bedroom. Now, I have the option to sit vs lay down and watch tv, work, and/or read.

Love the chair but plu leather was damaged and continues to crack and peel. But the chair is very cute. Wish the fabric was better

Love this sofa/bed! Assembly would be much easier with a t/bar tool included
