The material is very flimsy. My husband put this together and when it came time to put the drawer together the pieces literally crumbled. Thankfully my husband it handy enough and was able to use some wood we had on hand to fix the problem, otherwise it would have been a nightmare trying to take it back apart and ship it back. It is beautiful once together ( if youre lucky enough to have gotten sturdy pieces!) however, its cheaply made and certainly not worth what I paid for it.
The only problem we had was one of the boards was crushed a little but my husband fixed it with wood filler, sanded it down and painted it. You can't tell unless you look super close. It took us a total of 5 hours to put it together. It's a very beautiful piece of furniture and hold a lot. It looks exactly as pictured.
It took me 2.5 hours to assemble. They included no tools and very few extra parts. The cabinet is squeaky. The fit and finish are poor. The instructions are TERRIBLE. Cabinet comes in probably 100 pieces. Not worth the money. I'd send it back if it wouldn't take hours to disassemble.

Love the finished product. Assembly was a bit of a challenge, but this 63 year old woman did it all by herself.

2 sides we're broken during shipment my husband had to sand it down and put wood glue in the grooves, clap them together
