They should put the directions and the hardware together, otherwise they are difficult to find in a box with so much foam and other protective materials. Anyway - plan on spending a few hours to put it together. It is a good cabinet for our laundry room, looks nice, and its sturdy if you take the time to assemble it correctly. I am satisfied.
